Have you ever wondered if anger is sinful—or if God can actually use it for good? During this Lenten season, I want to reflect on a powerful question: How do we deal with anger, resentment, and bitterness in a way that leads to true emotional and spiritual freedom?
In this episode, I share why anger itself is not a bad emotion. In fact, it’s something God gave us. The real challenge is learning how to acknowledge it, work through it, and prevent it from turning into resentment or bitterness that can weigh down our hearts and relationships.
From a Catholic perspective, we also explore the healing grace available through forgiveness and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. When we bring our anger and wounds to God, He can transform them and even bring good out of painful situations—just as we see throughout Scripture.
As we continue our Lenten journey toward Easter, I invite you to watch this reflection and ask the Lord for freedom and healing.
What has helped you let go of resentment and find peace?
