When difficult things happen in our lives it’s understandable and important to both our emotional and physical health that we seek out either professional counseling intervention or someone to just vent our feelings to help us sort them out. Allison Ricciardi, LMHC explains the differences between gossiping, venting, and counsel and how we can safely express our feelings without the worry that others will find out or get hurt.
