Many people struggled with difficult parents growing up. From a child’s perspective, adults are supposed to have it all together and the scars left can be hard to let go of. But sometimes we need to recognize that, although they were older, perhaps they weren’t all that grown-up.
What does it actually mean to be a grown-up? How can you find healing from those childhood wounds? And how can you get a handle on your own emotions, if you feel less than grown-up yourself? That’s what I talk about in today’s video.
