Many Catholics who are seriously trying to live a faithful Catholic life will many times know they need to make important changes in their lives, but don’t always know where to begin to effect that change. Seeking a Catholic therapist, a spiritual director, or a Catholic life coach who is committed to living a life of faith, is knowledgeable about Church teachings and open and receptive to the movement of the Holy Spirit can often help give us a better perspective on our problems and/or situations so we can find solutions and make positive changes.
